I’m Zacariya Marchouh,
founder of AsWeWill.
For 15+ years, I worked inside large organizations on organizational design, transformation, leadership, processes, governance and technology. My work was about understanding how the organization really worked, seeing what needed to change, and then helping build new structures, services and ways of working.
